For my professional work, I spent time as a Knowledge Base Admin at Okta, where I edited and published articles (drafted by engineers, then rewritten and edited for publishing), and performed SEO optimization with regards to striking distance. I also worked at Slack as an IT Support Lead, where I authored internal documentation.
